Any Way You Want It
SOME LIKE IT HOT: Heat 1/2 c. of water (do not boil)); Mix with 1g (1/2 tsp) of KO Matcha; Whisk until frothy. Add more water according to taste.
SOME LIKE IT COLD: Mix 1g (1/2 tsp) of KO Matcha with 1/2 c. of CHILLED WATER; which or shake vigorously. Pour over a glass of ice and add more water according to taste.
SOME LIKE IT A LATTE: Bring 3/4 C. of unsweetened cow’s milk, almond milk, soy milk or rice milk to a bare simmer in a small pot over medium heat. Place 1 teaspoon of KO Matcha in a heatproof cup. Slowly whisk in 1/4 cup boiling water, then add milk by tipping the cup slightly to help create more foam. Sweeten with agave syrup, honey, rose petal jam or any other natural sweetener.
